The MULTIFLO U heat exchanger is composed of a U-tube bundle made of small-diameter smooth tubes assembled inside an external jacketing. Several bulkheads are installed inside the tube bundle to ensure optimum efficiency of the heat exchanger. The MULTIFLO U can be dismounted to facilitate inspection and maintenance. The product to be thermally treated flows into small-diameter tubes as service medium flows into the external jacketing. The Multiflo U series is suitable for thermal exchange processing of industrial products with low or medium viscosity. Eminently suitable for CIP applications.

The Multiflo U series is typically manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel (other types of material are available on request). Standard pressure 10 bar (higher pressures are available depending on the connections used). Standard temperature up to 184°C. Various connection options are available: UNI DIN ANSI FLANGE
